Services Agreement

 

This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made between NB Skin Co Pty Ltd ("Provider") and the customer ("Customer"). By purchasing products or engaging with our services through our online store, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined below. 

NB Skin Co Pty Ltd provides skincare products and related services through its online platform. The Customer acknowledges that all products and services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and results may vary depending on individual skin types and usage. The Provider agrees to deliver products and services professionally and in accordance with industry standards. 

The Customer agrees to pay the fees as outlined at checkout. Payments must be made using the available payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely. Refunds or cancellations are subject to the Provider’s return policy, which is available on our website. 

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business or personal information exchanged during the transaction. The Provider will not disclose Customer information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. 

The Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service in question. 

This Agreement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website.
